Newsletter
The Public Journal Newsletter is a curated briefing of our latest reporting and analysis on UK public affairs, policy, business and technology. It is designed for readers who want a concise, trusted overview of the week’s most important developments, drawn from the work of our editorial team.
The newsletter is sent weekly, with occasional special editions issued when a major story or event demands deeper coverage. Each edition includes links to the full articles so you can read further at your convenience.
Who edits it
The newsletter is produced by the same team that runs publicjournal.co.uk. It is overseen by the Editor-in-Chief, Margaret Ellison, and the Managing Editor, Thomas Greer. Fact-checking and editorial standards are led by Nathan Cole. For more about the people behind the publication, see Our Team.

Privacy
Your email address and any other personal data you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our editorial standards
Every article we publish, including those featured in the newsletter, is produced according to the principles set out in our Editorial Policy and our Sources and Standards guide. Our fact-checking process is detailed in the Fact-Checking Policy, and we maintain a Corrections Policy to ensure accuracy is upheld after publication. The newsletter links only to content that meets those standards.
We do not accept paid placements or sponsored content in the newsletter. Its sole purpose is to inform subscribers of our independent journalism.
